"reflexology is an amazing and pleasurable therapy"

     I had suffered with constant neck pain for over a year. I decided to give reflexology a try after acupuncture and massage therapy failed to give me any relief. I am happy to say, that after only a few months of regular reflexology treatments I am pain free! Sometimes I had tears in my eyes when you find and worked on the “ouch” spots, but in this case the saying, “no pain - no gain” is true. Generally speaking reflexology is an amazing and pleasurable therapy. Thank you very much Vicky for helping me. I will continue with regular reflexology treatments because it works!      I'm a very lucky person. When most people get sick they have to resort to doctors, pharmacists, various medications...basically all forms of traditional medicine. Not only is that time consuming and possibly expensive, but half the time it doesn't even do much to help you, especially if your "problem" cannot be diagnosed along traditional lines. I'm lucky because my mother possesses an incredible talent and gift of healing with her hands. Whether it's through Reflexology, Massage or Cupping therapy, she has been able to help me on so many different occasions. Whether it's the tremendous amount of stress I'm under, allergies, migraines, or just the common cold, I can always count on my mom to make me feel better, both physically and emotionally. Her treatments provide immediate, as well as long lasting, relief and relaxation. I always look forward to her treatments and request them even if I'm not actually sick or stressed out and simply want to relax. I would strongly recommend her incredible services to anyone and have already introduced them to my boyfriend and friends. Some people are skeptical of these various forms of alternative and complimentary medicines. "Indian Head Massage, a treatment of delight!"

     My name is Lilliane, I am the sister of a woman who was murdered in Vancouver by the most notorious serial killer in Canada’s history. The last four years, I have devoted myself in finding out what / how / when / why this happened to my sister. Through out the years I have learned a lot and have endured a lot. This started to take a toll on me. I began to have tension headaches and a stiff neck to the point that I was unable to hold my own head up, which in turn gave me greater neck and shoulder stiffness. The tension in my neck and the continuing headaches made it unbearable to get out of bed in the morning (not to mention my lack of energy). "I haven’t had a back spasm in over 6 years"

     I have been acquainted with Vicky Czelen since September of 2000, when she introduced me to Reflexology. After having surgery for a protruding disc in my lower back, and compounded with a lot of stress in my life, I found that I was in so much pain with back muscle spasms, the only relief was to go to emergency. That was when I realized I did not want to become solely dependent on drugs. So I turned to Vicky for help. Vicky’s treatment of Reflexology and back massages gave me relief from both pain and stress within a very short time period.      I have been Vicky’s client since she started her practice in natural medicine field. I have used a variety of services, all of which have significantly improved my well being. My first experience with natural medicine was when Vicky performed a Foot Reflexology on me. The results were amazing. It gave me a lot of energy, I was able to accomplish much more and did not feel the exhaustion that accompanied me before the treatment. The second of my favorite healings, provided by Vicky, is Cupping Therapy. Few years ago I had an accident and ever since I was struggling with the pain in my shoulder. After Cupping Therapy provided by Vicky, the pain disappeared and I could perform any physical tasks that were impossible to perform before the therapy. It really worked like a miracle and I have been so grateful that Vicky was able to erase the negative results of the accident.
